A Truly Gross Recipe

This recipe came in an e-mail flyer from Hy-Vee. Who would ever invent such a thing? I want to create a blog entry about this, but I'm at a loss for words. I asked my friend, Gail, to comment. She wrote:

Oh, ick. I mean ... is the object of the game to see how many things that are heinously bad for you can be stuffed into a bar? I'll eat almost anything, but this  crosses the line.
